Maccabi Canada to Face Dominican National Team in Softball Exhibition on July 17th

The Maccabi Canada Men’s Open softball team will host the Dominican Republic Men’s National team in an exhibition game on Tuesday July 17th in Toronto.

The Dominican team is visiting Canada in preparation for the upcoming 2018 ISC World Tournament in Kitchener, Ont. in August.

The game marks the one-year anniversary of the Men’s Open team winning the gold medal at the 2017 Maccabi Games in Israel last summer. Canada defeated Team USA 5-4 with a dramatic, come-from-behind walk-off win in extra innings.
